Reservations
We describe all of our items in the most objective, detailed and meticulous way. However, feel free to ask us any questions you might have before placing an order.
We prefer payments via bank transfer.
Exceptionally, we accept PayPal for international payments but only after prior consent. Aditional Paypal fees will be at the buyer's expense.
For purchases exceeding 600 euros, installment payment is accepted after prior consent. The steps to be followed are:
1. Confirmation of the purchase and 20% deposit. We hold the piece.
2. After 30 days, 40% payment of the total amount.
3. After 60 days, the other 40% payment of the total amount.
4. We ship the order.
(These deadlines can be shortened)
Money will be returned in the event of non-compliance, except for the 20% deposit.
Shipping
We ship worldwide. The shipping method will be agreed with the buyer.
We will ship your item immediately after we have received the payment.
All objects are packed very securely in our own special made boxes without any extra cost.
Shipping costs are assumed by the buyer.
In case of loss or damage during shipping, we will kindly help the buyer making arrangements only if a shipping insurance has been contracted. We can only refund the claim once we have been paid by the insurance company.
Returns
Returns are accepted. In the event of not being satisfied with your purchase, once you have received it, we must be notified within the next 2 days. Only in this case you will be able to return it. Once the item is received, if it is in the same condition as it was sent, we will refund the amount via bank transfer. The shipping costs and bank charges/taxes will be covered by the buyer.

Sales, purchases or the possession of weapons are subject to strict laws and national regulations. Please make sure you are familiarized with these laws and regulations in your country BEFORE you purchase one of our items. The sale of weapons is forbidden to anyone under 18 years old.
